I just got them, but have noticed a benefit in re-transitioning to barefoot, due to the calf soreness. I've run in them once and otherwise worn them after to see if it helps recovery. I'll let you know how they work out.Timhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00036517896033640201noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8030662647672220127.post-48444064349889556532012-01-01T18:05:14.310-08:002012-01-01T18:05:14.310-08:00@Tim - Glad to hear that you are reconsidering, bu...@Tim - Glad to hear that you are reconsidering, but know that I definitely understand your plight. It's a very long, slow road. I can say that it is 100% worth it, though, if it allows you to truly enjoy running pain free.... eventually.

@Rich - Believe it or not, I don't own any warmers, arm or otherwise, but that is not because I have anything against them. I have wanted to try them out, but just never got around to it. The idea of compression socks also intrigues me due to the calf soreness I get after long runs. I am not sure if I'm fast enough to justify any of those accessories though. The first thing I think when I see someone wearing leg or arm warmers is "serious runner." lol. Of course, there's also "the shorter and more skimpy the shorts = the faster/more serious the runner" rule, but I still wear mine proudly.ChadisBarefoothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10326198525322279659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8030662647672220127.post-26838668996489854582012-01-01T17:50:03.960-08:002012-01-01T17:50:03.960-08:00arm warmers didnt make the list? You may get a pair in your b-day drop bag so you can experience their awesomeness.richandrebahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14366124687149028902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8030662647672220127.post-86233954918376339782012-01-01T11:43:00.096-08:002012-01-01T11:43:00.096-08:00I totally agree on those C9 socks. I am usually an Injinji guy, dating back to before my barefoot days, but price for quality these can't be beat.

In other news, I've returned to my barefoot/MR senses (only took one and a half runs in foot coffins to figure that out). Starting back at square one today, in fact. Your comment on my blog definitely got me thinking, so thanks for that!Timhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00036517896033640201noreply@blogger.com
